Is it easy to return items?

Yes! All grace & stella products come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee from the time you receive them! If you are not satisfied with a product, contact support@graceandstella.com and we will be happy to start the return process for you.

How do I return items?

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product at support@graceandstella.com
  2. Our customer service representatives will walk you through our returns process. Please note the shipping fee will be shouldered by us in case a return is needed.
  3. We will offer you the option of a store credit, or cash refund (within approximately 5-10 business days). Refunds include the original shipping fee.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
